Hello! I'm Louise Norgate, your clinical reflexology specialist and owner of Citrine Wellbeing.
I'm a South Staffordshire native who's spent most of my life living and working in the West Midlands. Before retraining as a clinical reflexologist I spent ten years working in national, regional and local roles in the voluntary sector, most recently providing support to people dealing with significant health challenges such as sight loss or HIV. I found real job satisfaction helping people on a one-to-one basis to cope better with these challenges, and when I saw first-hand the effect of complementary therapies on my clients - coming in laden with everyday worries and stresses, and leaving after their session looking (and feeling) lighter and happier - I took the plunge and decided it was time to learn some practical therapeutic skills for myself. This led me first to reflexology, then to self-employment, and I haven't looked back since!
I never tire of getting to know clients and being able to create a space for them to let go of everyday pressures - each one is unique, which is what makes it such a pleasure and privilege to support people's wellbeing with reflexology.
