Please try to give as much notice as possible of a cancellation - ideally, a minimum 24 hours - so that I may offer the appointment to another client. There will be no charge if your session is rearranged and taken on an alternative date.
Where no notice is given or repeat cancellations occur with less than 24 hours' notice, you may be invoiced for up to 100% of the cost of the missed session.

Sessions are priced according to how often you have a treatment and how long you would like your session to last. Please feel free to contact me if you have any queries.
Personal recommendations are really valuable to a small business like mine. As a thank you, if you refer someone and they attend a treatment, you will receive a £5 discount off your next session.
Payment can be made by cash, cheque or direct bank transfer.
Members of private healthcare schemes such as Bupa, Medicash, Paycare and Sovereign may be able to claim back some reflexology costs as part of their plan - please contact your scheme provider to see if this applies to you. I can provide a full receipt for these claims if required.
